Wejay Machine Products Company is a fully equipped CNC machining, fabrication and assembly facility for the production of high quality specialty machinery and precision machined components. We service all types of industry including but not limited to Aerospace, Automotive, Aluminum, Steel, Energy, Mining, Nuclear, Petroleum, Pulp and Paper and Textile.
Our manufacturing facility occupies 41,000 square foot of floor area with 23 ft high ceilings and 20 tons lifting capacity. Our machining facility is equipped with the latest technology CNC equipment and supported by a certified Quality Control system. Together they ensure the production of high quality machined parts at competitive prices while maintaining shorter lead times. We are capable of producing single prototype parts or higher volume production runs.
Our Certifications
Welding
Wejay Machine Products is certified with the Canadian Welding Bureau to W47.1 and W47.2 for Aluminum and work to CSA W59 standards. We can handle all your heavy plate and structural steel requirements as well as lighter gauge sheet metal fabrication. We are capable of welding steel, stainless steel, aluminum and some alloy steels. Our welding and assembly shop consists of a 20,000 square foot facility complete with 10-ton overhead cranes. We have the equipment and handling facilities to complete all your structural fabrication requirements.
